Jen started with Staf in April 2024 as our Operational Support Officer. Jen brings with her both experience in her role, and academic knowledge in social policy and trauma theory gleaned from her degree in History from University of Strathclyde and Masters in Criminological Research from the University of Stirling.

Jen collaborates with colleagues across our organisation, taking on various responsibilities including administration support, assisting with ongoing projects and providing financial support.

Outside of work, Jen enjoys makeup artistry (with a background in bridal makeup), and spending time with her friends and family.
