Katrina joined Staf in April 2021 to work with an advisory group on co-producing The Real Toolkit.

Katrina is care experienced and uses her lived experience to volunteer regularly with projects that represent care experienced people.

Katrina has a degree in Community Development, and years of experience volunteering and working in youth work and delivering projects alongside young people to improve opportunities and outcomes for, and remove barriers faced by, young people.

Katrina is also a mum, keen reader, music lover and occasional kayaker.
